Serves 2, Cooking Time - 30 minutes.
Clean wings, put into a bowl and set aside.
Mix Mama Vasty’s Spiceblend with water and oil to make a nice thick paste and then pour over wings and massage well.
For best results leave to marinate overnight.
Heat oven to 200°c and arrange wings onto a baking tray and cover with tinfoil.
Bake for 45 mins to 1 hour, then uncover and grill for the last 15 to 20 mins until sauce is caramelized and sticky and
the wings are a rich toffee colour (the dark colour is the spices and does not mean the wings are burnt!!)

Generously sprinkle the chips with Mama Vasty’s Spiceblend.
Deep fry in hot vegetable oil until golden brown.
